specifically tailored to meet the desires and theme of the
event.
All cakes are custom designed and created by Chef Rosa.
Rosa undertook the studies of culinary arts and graduated
from Johnson & Wales in 2006. Since then, she has participated
in cake decoration programs and perfected her unique ability
to create works of art that are displayed in her cakes.
